- Communication: Answering phone calls, managing emails, and directing correspondence to appropriate staff.
- Office Management: Ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining office equipment.
- Documentation: Preparing reports, invoices, memos, and taking meeting minutes.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinating flights, hotels, and itineraries for employees.

Typical Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar clerical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office software (e.g., Google Workspace).
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
