We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and maintain data across our systems. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Review and correct data discrepancies
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Generate reports and retrieve data as required
- Organize and manage electronic and physical records
- Coordinate with team members to ensure data consistency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role
- High typing speed with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
