Job Description – Customer Service Representative (Audio Visual Industry)
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer support by managing service requests, coordinating with field engineers, maintaining service documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of service activities. This role acts as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate and assign service engineers for installations, preventive maintenance, and breakdown calls.
- Schedule service visits and provide customers with timely updates.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, handover documents, and customer records.
- Monitor and manage inventory of AV equipment, spare parts, and accessories.
- Track open service tickets and ensure timely closure.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Technical, and Procurement teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain warranty, AMC, and service-related documentation.
- Generate periodic service and inventory reports.
- Build strong customer relationships by ensuring prompt and professional support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or service coordination, preferably in the Audio Visual (AV) industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of CRM or service management software is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
