Principle Duties
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement
- Greet walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Collect basic customer details such as name, contact number, location, and project type.
- Identify customer needs and preferences accurately.
- Provide detailed information on products, designs, features, and applications.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products based on design preference, budget, and site requirements.
- Sales & Conversion
- Prepare and share accurate quotations based on selected products.
- Negotiate pricing within approved margins and close sales effectively.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Product Knowledge & Display
- Maintain updated knowledge of collections, sizes, finishes, trends, and ongoing promotions.
- Ensure product displays are well-arranged and presentable.
- Educate customers on product benefits, care, and basic installation guidelines.
- Order Coordination & Follow-up
- Coordinate with billing, warehouse, and inventory teams for smooth order processing.
- Follow up with customers on pending decisions, advance payments, deliveries, and installations.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Record Keeping & Reporting
- Update all customer interactions, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and sales details accurately in the CRM software.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Track lead status, conversion rates, and customer feedback through CRM.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
