The EDP Manager/Executive is responsible for maintaining and supporting all computer systems, software, and network operations within the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel IT infrastructure (computers, servers, networks)
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure data backup, security, and system updates
- Support front office, restaurant, and accounts teams with IT issues
- Install and configure software and systems
- Monitor system performance and prevent downtime
- Coordinate with vendors for system upgrades and repair
- Monitoring CCTV & knowledge of networkings
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
