We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified B2B leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in outbound sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Research target companies and decision-makers.
- Execute cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions/services.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
- Mandatory experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of email outreach and cold calling.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Services, Software, Digital Marketing, or SaaS Sales.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, or ZoomInfo.
- Experience handling international clients (US/UK/Australia) will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
