WE ARE HIRING - Civil Engineer
Experience Required : 2 to 5 Years
Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)

Is seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction site activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate project operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction projects and the ability to handle site execution, planning, and reporting efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor RCC work, finishing work, and overall site progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Check material quality and monitor material consumption.
- Handle quantity estimation, billing, and BOQ verification.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction projects.
- Knowledge of residential/commercial building construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Understanding of RCC drawings, structural drawings, and site execution.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,874.26 per month
