Develop and conduct training programs for nurses and nursing students.
Provide orientation and induction training for newly joined nursing staff.
Conduct regular clinical skills training and competency assessments.
Educate staff on hospital policies, nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
Prepare teaching materials, presentations, and training schedules.
Conduct demonstrations and practical sessions on nursing procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the performance and learning needs of nursing staff.
Organize continuing nursing education (CNE) programs.
Maintain records of training, attendance, and competency assessments.
Coordinate with nursing supervisors and clinical departments for training requirements.
Support implementation of NABH and other healthcare quality standards.
Promote evidence-based nursing practices and continuous professional development.
