We are urgently seeking a dedicated New Product Development Assistant to join our dynamic R&D team at our cosmetic company based in Rajkot, Gujarat. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of new cosmetic products from concept through launch
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and quality assurance
- Support formulation development and testing of new products
- Prepare documentation for product formulations, specifications, and regulatory compliance
- Participate in sensory evaluations and consumer testing sessions
- Maintain accurate records of experiments and findings
- Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor products
- Aid in troubleshooting formulation issues as they arise during development processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong interest in cosmetics formulation and product development processes
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Able to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Keen problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges
- Prior experience in R&D or internships within the cosmetics industry is a plus but not mandatory!
