Job Summary:
Chandela Infra Engineering Private Limited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring statutory compliance, supporting audits, and providing financial insights to management for effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and ROC-related financial requirements.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and ledgers.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial analysis to management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Manage payroll accounting and employee reimbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
- Support project accounting activities related to infrastructure and construction projects.
- Maintain records related to vendor payments, subcontractors, and project expenses.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- CA Inter/M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or EPC companies will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
