Position Details
Position: Account Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
Location: Lodhika, Rajkot, Gujarat
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions
- Handle sales/purchase invoices, receipts and payment records
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers
- Manage Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Follow up for outstanding customer payments
- Handle project-wise billing, expenses and documentation
- Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations
- Assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance
- Prepare MIS, outstanding reports and financial statements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants and management
- Handle Tally Prime and MS Excel
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance
- Good knowledge of GST & TDS
- Excellent knowledge of Tally Prime & MS Excel
- Good reconciliation and analytical skills
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Solar EPC / Project Billing experience will be an advantage
Preference: Gujarati candidates or candidates who have permanently shifted and settled in Gujarat will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,813.39 - ₹25,566.49 per month
