Frontend Engineer
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Frontend Engineer to join our growing technology team.
You will work closely with our UI/UX designers, backend engineers, AI/ML engineers, and product team to turn product designs and requirements into fast, responsive, reliable, and user-friendly web applications.
You will contribute to both our food-ordering marketplace and our AI-powered video processing and clipping platform.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications.
- Build production-ready frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
- Work with frameworks such as Next.js.
- Convert Figma designs and UI/UX specifications into accurate, reusable frontend components.
- Build responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop complex SaaS dashboards and administrative interfaces.
- Build restaurant management dashboards for the food-ordering platform.
- Build user dashboards for the AI video clipping platform.
- Implement authentication, user accounts, permissions, and protected routes.
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
- Work with real-time data and status updates using WebSockets or similar technologies where required.
- Implement forms, validation, search, filters, tables, charts, notifications, and interactive components.
- Build interfaces for file and video uploads and processing status.
- Implement loading states, error states, empty states, progress indicators, and other edge cases.
- Optimize frontend performance, page loading, rendering, and API usage.
- Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Build reusable component libraries and maintain consistent design systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, modular, and well-structured code.
- Debug and resolve frontend issues.
- Write appropriate unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development standards using Git.
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX, backend, AI/ML, DevOps, Flutter, and QA teams.
- Review implemented designs and ensure they match the approved UI/UX specifications.
- Contribute to technical decisions and frontend architecture as the products scale.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong experience with React.js.
- Experience with Next.js.
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and modern CSS.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first web development.
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Understanding of authentication and authorization on the frontend.
- Experience with state management solutions such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of reusable components and frontend architecture.
- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Experience working with Figma designs and design systems.
- Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, Vitest, React Testing Library, or similar.
- Good understanding of browser performance and optimization.
- Understanding of accessibility and modern web standards.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned features.
