Deva Steels is into the manufacturing and sales of Steel Roofing Sheets and Accessories for the last two decades.
As Tele Caller/CRE of Deva Steels (Kochi) Pvt Ltd at our Head Office in Ernakulam,will be responsible for driving sales and business growth through customer relations, lead calls, follow ups and feeds backs. This role involves managing relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers, achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies. The dealer network in entire Kerala and Tamilnadu is to be connected through tele calling and also the fabricators and custonmers through our social media campaigns and personal contacts.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and work to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market data to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Implement promotional activities and monitor their effectiveness in the market through social media campains and make follow up through the leads received through camaigns for an effective sales growth.
