Job Summary
We are looking for a Sr. Software Engineer – MEAN Stack with strong hands-on experience in Postgres/MySQL, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable applications and independently handling complex modules along with the engineering team.
Hands-on development using Claude/AI-assisted development is mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scalable web applications using MEAN stack.
- Design and develop REST APIs and backend services using Node.js/Express.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Work with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Develop and integrate MQTT-based communication and real-time data processing.
- Independently develop and own complex modules/features.
- Use Claude extensively for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, documentation, and development acceleration.
- Review and validate AI-generated code and ensure production-quality implementation.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with the Tech Lead, QA, Product, and other engineers.
- Support AWS-based deployments and CI/CD processes as required.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with MEAN stack.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and Angular.
- Good experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with MQTT.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
- Experience with Git, AWS, and Docker is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Mandatory: Proven hands-on experience using Claude for software development.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical modules.
Good to Have
- Experience with IoT, connected devices, or real-time/telemetry applications.
- Experience with microservices and WebSockets.
- Experience with CI/CD and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate: A strong hands-on engineer who can independently build complex features, solve technical problems, and effectively leverage Claude/AI-assisted development to improve engineering productivity and quality.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
