We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Banking Inbound Voice Process.
Requirements:
- Graduation Mandatory
- Minimum 6+ months of Voice Process experience mandatory
- Excellent English & Hindi communication skills
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound banking customer calls
- Resolve customer queries professionally
- Provide excellent customer service
- Follow process and quality guidelines
- Maintain accurate customer records
Salary:
₹23,000 CTC
₹17,500 In-Hand
Two-Way Cab Facility / ₹2,000 Transport Allowance
6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
Priority: Candidates with relevant 6+ months voice process experience will be highly preferred.
