Key Responsibilities
- Career Guidance: Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to help students identify their strengths, values, and long-term career goals.
- College & University Planning: Assist students with the university admissions process, including course selection, entrance exams, and application preparation.
- Assessments: Administer and interpret psychometric and aptitude tests to guide career exploration.
- Workshops & Seminars: Organize and host career fairs, expert talks, and workshops on vocational programs and emerging job market trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with parents, teachers, and school administrators to support student success and address any behavioral or academic concerns.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
