Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Manage day-to-day store activities independently.
Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials.
Issue materials only against approved Material Requisition Slips (MRS).
Maintain proper storage, identification, and housekeeping of all inventory.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO is followed where applicable.
Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
Inventory Management
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Excel.
Perform daily stock updates and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Conduct periodic physical verification of inventory.
Investigate and report stock shortages, excesses, or discrepancies.
Segregate slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete, and expired inventory.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and submit:

Daily Stock Report
Material Receipt Report
Material Issue Report
Closing Stock Report
Stock Movement Report
Slow-Moving & Non-Moving Inventory Report
Expired/Damaged Stock Report
Material Consumption Report (Project-wise)
Purchase Pending Report
Reorder Level Report
Monthly Inventory Valuation Report
Maintain dashboards and Excel-based MIS for management review.
Documentation & Compliance
Maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), Gate Passes, and Stock Registers.
Ensure all store documents are complete and properly filed.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Engineering, and Site Teams.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required records.
Coordination
Follow up with the Purchase Department for pending materials.
Coordinate with project teams regarding material requirements.
Ensure timely availability of materials without overstocking.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting).
Knowledge of ERP/Tally/Inventory Software.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Qualification
Graduate (BCom/BBA or equivalent preferred).
Diploma/Certification in Materials Management will be an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Store & Inventory Management.
Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
