Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in managing daily operations and high-level tasks. The role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflow. Responsibilities include travel planning, document preparation, managing email correspondence, and assisting with presentations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in supporting senior executives and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required. A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are preferred.
