Key Responsibilities:
- Component Assembly & Wiring: Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of inverter modules, sub-assemblies, PCB integration, control panels, heatsinks, and internal wiring transformers based on blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Soldering & Thru-Hole Operations: Handle precise soldering and desoldering of electronic components onto PCBs where necessary, ensuring zero-defect joins.
- Testing & Calibration: Conduct routine pre-assembly and final functional testing of inverters using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, automatic testing equipment (ATE), and high-pot testers to ensure parameters align with strict product specifications.
- Troubleshooting & Rework: Identify operational component defects, wiring errors, or system faults during live production, and execute re-work or repairs under line guidelines.
- Quality Control Compliance: Ensure every assembled unit complies with standard manufacturing specifications, safety regulations, and internal quality metrics to eliminate post-dispatch issues.
- Tool & Material Care: Appropriately operate and maintain pneumatic tools, torque drivers, wire strippers, and testing equipment. Monitor raw component flows to maintain zero waste on the line.
- Safety & 5S Maintenance: Strictly adhere to electrical safety protocols (Anti-Static/ESD guidelines, PPE usage) and maintain a clean, organized workstation in accordance with 5S standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: ITI Certificate in Electrician, Electronics Mechanic, Wireman, Fitter, Instrument Mechanic OR a Diploma in Electrical / Electronics & Communication Engineering.
- Experience: * 0–3 years of hands-on experience in electronic manufacturing plants, UPS systems, solar inverters, control panel building, or household appliance manufacturing lines.
- Freshers with excellent academic practical exposure and an understanding of electronic boards are highly encouraged to apply.
- Technical Knowledge: * Ability to read electrical circuit diagrams, schematics, and manufacturing wiring layouts.
- Sound understanding of electronic components (IGBTs, capacitors, transformers, diodes, and microcontrollers).
- Proficiency in handling multi-meters, soldering irons, crimping tools, and torque wrenches.
- Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, quick learner, excellent manual dexterity, and a team player capable of working under targets in a fast-paced environment.
