- Greet and welcome guests warmly.
- Assist with reservations and seating arrangements.

- Service Supervision
- Assign tables and oversee waitstaff performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate food & beverage service.
- Maintain service standards and train staff on proper etiquette.
- Encourage teamwork and problem-solving among staff.
- Operations Management
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
- Monitor cleanliness and safety standards in dining areas.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks and reporting shortages.
- Leadership
- Motivate and guide team members.
- Conduct briefings before service to communicate daily specials or instructions.
- Support staff development through training and mentoring.
