Do you have a strong knack for converting prospects into successful deals? We are looking for a results-driven Closing Manager – Sales to lead final-stage negotiations and ensure high conversion rates in our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle final-stage sales discussions and deal closures for residential/commercial projects
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings with strong negotiation skills
- Work closely with sales team & channel partners to push closures
- Drive revenue targets and monthly sales closures
- Manage pricing discussions, offers, and deal structuring
- Ensure smooth booking process, token collection, and agreement initiation
- Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat/referral business
- Coordinate with CRM, legal & finance teams for seamless execution post-closure
- Track pipeline and provide closure forecasts to management

Key Skills Required:
- Strong closing & negotiation skills (must-have)
- Proven track record in real estate sales closures
- Excellent communication, persuasion & client handling
- Ability to work under target-driven environment
- Knowledge of property market trends and pricing strategy

Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- 7–10 years of experience in real estate sales/closing role
