- Minimum 1-year experience in Immigration industry (Mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills in Punjabi, Hindi & English
- Strong telesales and convincing skills
- Confident, positive, and target-oriented personality

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound & inbound calls for immigration services
- Guide clients about visa and immigration processes
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful cases
- Maintain proper client records and follow-ups
