Ride N Repair is a doorstep vehicle service platform operating across multiple cities in India, providing bike and car repair services through a network of certified mechanics.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Head to lead and manage Chennai operations remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling mechanics, monitoring service quality, ensuring smooth operations, resolving escalations, and driving business growth in the Chennai region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Chennai operations remotely.
- Supervise and support field mechanics and service partners.
- Monitor daily bookings, service completion, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer and mechanic escalations efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Track operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new mechanics/service partners.
- Improve team productivity and customer retention.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Team Handling, Field Operations, or Service Management.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Tamil language proficiency is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in automobile, service industry, logistics, or on-demand services will be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
