Job Opening: Hardware & Technical Support Manager
We are looking for a skilled and responsible professional with strong knowledge in computer hardware, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and system-related issues
- Manage and guide technical support engineers
- Assign tasks, monitor work updates, and ensure timely follow-ups
- Provide leadership and technical support to the team
- Maintain smooth internal technical operations
- Train and support junior engineers when required
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management capability
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage staff efficiently and handle work updates
- No outdoor/site service work required
Candidates with strong leadership qualities and experience in managing technical teams will be given preference.
