Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up with potential clients
- Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
- Maintain records of calls and client information
- Schedule appointments and manage basic office coordination
- Provide information about company services to clients
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.)
- Friendly and professional personality
- Ability to handle calls and customer interactions
- Previous experience in reception or telecalling is a plus
