Job Summary
Showoff Retail is looking for an experienced E-commerce MIS & Accounts Executive with hands-on expertise in Unicommerce. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, MIS reporting, account reconciliations, and data analysis. The role requires preparing management reports, reconciling marketplace transactions, and ensuring accurate financial and operational data.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and reporting through Unicommerce and RICO.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
Perform reconciliation of marketplace sales, returns, cancellations, payments, and settlements.
Generate analytical reports for sales, inventory, and profitability.
Reconcile data between Unicommerce, RICO, ERP, and accounting records.
Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.
Support month-end closing, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Accounts, and E-commerce teams to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Required Skills
Mandatory hands-on experience with Unicommerce and RICO.
Good knowledge on Tally for day to day activity
Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analytics.
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Dashboards).
Understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations.
Experience in marketplace reconciliations (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, Nykaa, Tata CLiQ, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in E-commerce Accounts, MIS, or Financial Analytics.
Experience in the Retail/Apparel/E-commerce industry is mandatory.
Hands-on working experience with Unicommerce is essential.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates from apparel or fashion retail companies.
Experience handling high-volume marketplace transactions.
Knowledge of ERP systems and GST reconciliation.
Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
