Job Description
A Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and kitchen staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. The role includes food preparation, cleaning duties, dishwashing, stock handling, and ensuring hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation
- Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and ingredients
- Clean kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and storage areas
- Receive and store food supplies properly
- Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are followed
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain sanitation
- Support in serving food when required
- Organize kitchen inventory and supplies
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors

Qualifications
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass preferred
- Prior kitchen or hotel experience is an advantage
- Freshers can also apply
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
