Job Description:
Good Flippin' Burger is hiring a passionate and energetic Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hot kitchen operations, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene. This role also requires the ability to interact professionally with guests whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items as per standard recipes and quality guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Handle guest interaction in a courteous and professional manner when required.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in restaurants, QSRs, cafés, or hospitality establishments.
- Prior experience working in a hot kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Comfortable with guest interaction and maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on weekends.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
