We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest services.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front office team to deliver excellent hospitality.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Monitor room availability, occupancy, and coordination with housekeeping and other departments.
- Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and maintain records related to front office performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in front office operations, with leadership experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of PMS software and hotel operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
