Brand & Role Overview
Beverly Hills Polo Club (BHPC) is a premier global lifestyle fashion brand with a strong retail footprint across Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Large Format Stores (LFS), and E-commerce marketplaces. The Supply Chain Manager leads end-to-end logistics, 3PL warehouse operations, import calendar tracking, and multi-channel fulfillment to drive fast, cost-efficient, and seamless product availability nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Freight: Oversee imports and domestic shipments, manage freight forwarders and customs clearance, and align OTB calendars to minimize landed cost and transit times.
- 3PL Warehouse Operations: Govern 3PL Distribution Center operations (Inbound, QA, Put-away, Picking, Dispatch) with strict SLAs across EBO, LFS, and D2C channels.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and audits to ensure >99% stock accuracy. Manage stock transfers (STOs) and reverse logistics (RTOs/returns).
- Omni-Channel Execution: Streamline marketplace (e.g., Myntra, Nykaa, Amazon) and store replenishment flows via ERP (SAP/Navision) and WMS integrations.
- Vendor Governance: Audit logistics partners, negotiate freight rates, and lower overall logistics cost as a percentage of total sales.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
- Experience: 6–10 years in fashion apparel, footwear, or premium retail supply chain management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree / MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations (CSCP/APICS certification is a plus).
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
