Role & responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Database Creation
- Search for prospective dealers and customers across India using online platforms and maintain databases in Excel.
- Cold Calling & Customer Communication
- Contact prospective customers, introduce company products, and generate inquiries.
- Emailing & Follow-Ups
- Send emails, catalogues, and product information to customers and follow up on inquiries.Schedule meetings and appointments for sales engineers with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and maintain daily/weekly reports and records.Maintain customer records, inquiry status, sales data, and office documentation.
- Assist management with sales coordination and preparation of reports/statements.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar software for preparing brochures, catalogues, presentations, and product sheets will be preferred.

- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in cold calling and customer interaction
- Good email drafting and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and internet research
- Organized, disciplined, and able to maintain reports and databases
- Basic knowledge of Canva / graphic design software preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
