HR Exports Private Limited is the company behind Shazia Basmati Rice, a fast-growing FMCG and export-oriented brand committed to delivering premium-quality rice across domestic and international markets. We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations, ensure seamless coordination between departments, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
- Process sales orders, quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Dispatch, and Accounts teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to customers and the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and order tracking reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
- Support the Sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination.
- Follow up with customers regarding order confirmations, dispatch schedules, and delivery status.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice sharing and payment follow-ups.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues promptly.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related records.
- Assist in inventory coordination by communicating stock availability to the Sales team.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with ERP or CRM software will be an added advantage.
Who We're Looking For
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales support role.
- Prior experience in the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Rice, Agri Products, or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/CRM software will be an added advantage.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
