About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and motivated person to join our solar energy team. Your main job is to talk to homeowners on the phone, explain how solar energy can save them money, and book appointments for our experts to visit them.
What You Will Do:
- Make Calls: Call people who might be interested in solar panels for their homes.
- Explain Benefits: Tell customers how they can lower their electricity bills and help the environment.
- Ask Questions: Find out if their house is right for solar (for example, asking about their roof or monthly bill).
- Book Appointments: If they are interested, set up a time for our sales team to talk to them.
- Keep Records: Write down notes about your calls in our computer system.
What We Are Looking For:
- Good Speaker: You should be able to speak clearly and confidently.
- Patient & Positive: You don’t get discouraged if someone says "no" and you stay polite.
- Quick Learner: You can quickly learn how solar systems work.
- Basic Computer Skills: You are comfortable using a computer and typing while talking.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
