Key Responsibilities: Call Potential and Existing Customers to Explain our Services (e.g., Deep Cleaning, Office Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning, Pest Control, Shifting (Packers & Movers), Marble & Mosaic Polishing). Handle Incoming Calls, Inquiries, and Service-Related Questions Professionally.
Understand Customer Needs and Recommend Appropriate Cleaning Packages. Follow Up on Leads Generated through Marketing Campaigns, Social Media, or Referrals. Maintain a Database of Customer Interactions and Update CRM or Spreadsheets Regularly.
Schedule Appointments and Coordinate with the Operations Team for Service Delivery. Achieve Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales Targets and Conversion Goals.
Handle Objections, Answer Customer Queries, and Build Positive Rapport. Collect Feedback After Service and Encourage Repeat Bookings or Referrals.
Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent; a Degree In Sales, Marketing, or Communications is a Plus.
Proven Experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Similar Role Preferred. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (English, Kannada, Hindi & Telugu). Confident, Polite, and Customer-Oriented Approach.
Basic Computer Skills and Familiarity With CRM or Call Tracking Tools.
Ability to Work Under Pressure and Meet Targets. Knowledge of Cleaning Services or Home Service Industries is a Plus (Training Will Be Provided).
