Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Café Chef – Fast Food to join a premium café under a leading developer. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fast-food preparation, good knowledge of café kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain consistent taste, quality, hygiene and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of fast-food and café dishes as per standard recipes.
- Prepare burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pizzas, pasta, snacks and other quick-service items.
- Handle daily mise en place and ensure ingredients are ready for service.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size and presentation.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of orders during peak hours.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Maintain proper food storage, labeling and portion control.
- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Follow food safety standards and café kitchen SOPs.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth and timely order execution.
- Assist in developing new fast-food items and café specials.
- Support and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Required Skills
