Digital Marketing Operations Executive
We are looking for a smart, proactive Digital Marketing Operations Executive to work closely with our Business Head and support day-to-day digital marketing operations. The role involves managing and optimising our online campaigns, ensuring smooth execution of daily ads, and temporarily stepping in for the Business Head in their absence to keep performance and delivery on track.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Business Head in planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
- Manage day-to-day ad operations: launching, pausing, optimising campaigns, tracking budgets, and ensuring pacing as per plan.
- Monitor campaign performance dashboards daily, identify issues or opportunities, and suggest actionable optimisations.
- Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure creatives and copies are ready on time for campaigns and experiments.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports (impressions, clicks, leads, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and share insights with the Business Head.
- Step in for the Business Head during their absence to ensure continuity of campaigns, approvals, and key decisions within defined guidelines.
- Maintain and update campaign tracking sheets, UTM structures, and basic documentation of experiments and learnings.
- Keep an eye on competitor activities, new ad formats, and platform updates, and flag relevant ideas to the Business Head.
Required skills and qualifications
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing with direct exposure to running paid campaigns (Meta/Google or similar).
- Strong understanding of key performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, etc.).
- Proficiency in campaign dashboards and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and tracking.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- High ownership, urgency, and willingness to take independent decisions within the given framework.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Preferred (good-to-have)
- Experience in D2C/e‑commerce industry /etc.
- Experience working directly with a Business Head/Founder/Leadership on day-to-day marketing operations.
- Exposure to A/B testing, landing page optimisation, and marketing automation/CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
