This role partners directly with customers and internal engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver high-impact technology programs such as data center migrations, network transformations, platform upgrades, and service reliability improvements.
Acting as a primary point of accountability, the Project Manager leads cross‑functional teams and vendor partners to ensure delivery outcomes align with performance, availability, and operational goals.
The role requires the ability to engage in technical discussions across infrastructure, networking, applications, and engineering domains, while driving delivery through influence rather than direct authority.

Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies using standard project management tools.

Lead and manage infrastructure and platform programs, including data center migrations, cloud onboarding, network transformations, and system upgrades.
-
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to understand architecture, dependencies, and system-level risks.
-
Participate in technical discussions related to system design, outages, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
Governance, Risk & Change Management
-
Establish and maintain effective project governance, including decision tracking and escalation paths.
-
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
-
Lead change management activities, ensuring impacts to users, operations, and customers are understood and addressed.
-
Ensure alignment to ITIL processes, including change, incident, and configuration management, where applicable.
-
Support post go-live stabilization, lessons learned, and continuous improvement activities.
Delivery Execution & Operational Readiness
-
Coordinate deployment activities and ensure operational readiness prior to go‑live.
-
Partner with operations and support teams to ensure smooth handover into live service.
-
Validate delivery outcomes against agreed success criteria and customer expectations.
-
Contribute to process improvements and delivery best practices across the IT organization.
Financial & Vendor Management
-
Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost tracking.
-
Coordinate procurement activities and manage vendor performance against contractual obligations.
-
Ensure third-party deliverables are aligned to project scope, quality standards, and timelines.
