Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who believes in the transformative power of education and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of children in underserved communities. This is more than a job — it is a calling.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classes for community children
- Plan and prepare lesson materials aligned with the foundation's learning goals
- Track student progress and maintain basic attendance and assessment records
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
- Collaborate with foundation coordinators to support community initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
- Strict punctuality — the role begins at 8:00 AM sharp every day
- Genuine passion for community education and social impact

- Good communication skills; knowledge of the local language preferred
Note: This is a part-time NGO role. We seek individuals motivated by purpose over pay.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
