Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic, client-friendly sales professional to handle inbound business opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for brands that reach out to our agency. Your main job is to understand what these brands need, propose the right digital marketing solutions, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Incoming Leads: Take discovery calls with brands that reach out to us. Understand their goals, budgets, and pain points.
- Propose & Pitch: Create customized proposals, quotations, and pitch presentations. Lead the pitching process.
- Close Deals: Lead price negotiations and drive the conversation from the first call to a signed contract.
- Consult Brands: Suggest the best digital strategies for clients, covering social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, and branding.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with our creative, strategy, and execution teams to build winning pitch presentations.
- Grow the Business: Find opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients, and help the outbound team turn their leads into meetings.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience. Experience working in a digital marketing agency is a huge plus.
- Skills: * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence speaking directly with clients and brand heads.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing services.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to build proposals and pitch decks.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
