Position: Tele sales Executive – Loans
Location: Kudlu Gate
Salary 4LPA to 5 LPA and Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle outbound and inbound calls for loan sales.
* Generate and qualify leads for Home Loans, and LAP.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
* Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
* Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful loan disbursements.
* Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and operations for smooth application processing.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
* Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and productivity targets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
* 2nd PUC or 12th is Mandatory.
* 1–5 years of experience in loan sales (NBFC, Banking or Fintech).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
* Strong knowledge of loan products and banking/NBFC processes.
* Proficiency in CRM and MS Office.
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
