About the Company
Carbon Light Pvt. Ltd. is engaged in advanced engineering solutions catering to Defence and Medical sectors. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Business Development Executive who can support sales operations, customer coordination, and business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B sales coordination and support activities
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documents
- Manage professional email communication with clients
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Coordinate internally with production, design, and other departments for smooth execution
- Support business development activities and lead tracking
- Visit customer locations/sites whenever required
- Handle tender filing and related documentation
- Assist in post-sales coordination and customer support
Required Skills
- Experience in B2B Sales (Defence or Medical industry preferred)
- Knowledge of Tender Filling processes
- Good command over:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Engineering Graduate preferred (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
- Comfortable with field visits and client interactions
- Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation & Benefits

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Office Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
