Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive student admissions and expand the institution's outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counseling prospective students, converting leads into admissions, building strategic partnerships, and executing marketing initiatives to achieve enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate student admissions through effective counseling, lead conversion, and relationship management.
- Handle inquiries received through walk-ins, phone calls, website, social media platforms, and educational events.
- Conduct career guidance and course counseling sessions for prospective students and parents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, educational consultants, and other educational partners.
- Plan and execute seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, campus engagement activities, and promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up records, and admission status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Marketing teams to execute admission campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on admissions, lead generation, and business development activities.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, exhibitions, career expos, and industry events.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to strengthen the institution's market presence.
- Ensure an excellent experience for prospective students and parents throughout the admission process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, Academic Counseling, Sales, or Educational Marketing.
- Experience in the education or EdTech sector will be an added advantage.
