We are seeking a passionate and experienced English Faculty with strong expertise in Grammar. Since we prepare children for competitive exams such as Sainik School Entrance Exam, RMS (Rashtriya Military Schools), RIMC (Rashtriya Indian Military College). This requires a passionate and experienced English teacher with exceptional command over grammar and a strong understanding of competitive exam patterns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English with a strong focus on grammar, comprehension, and writing skills.
- Prepare students for entrance exams including Sainik School, Military School, RIMC, and other government exams.
- Design lesson plans, worksheets, and assessment materials aligned with exam requirements.
- Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support students with doubt-solving sessions and remedial classes when required.
- Contribute to a disciplined and motivating learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance teaching strategies and results.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in English or a related discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant teaching experience, preferably with exposure to entrance exam preparation.
- Strong knowledge of the exam format, marking schemes, and important topics for Sainik School, RMS, and RIMC.
- Proficient in communication, classroom management, and conceptual explanation.
- Comfortable with modern teaching aids like smart boards, digital content, and interactive sessions.
- Should possess ready‑to‑use content and practice materials tailored for competitive exams.
Preferred Candidates:
- Those with prior teaching experience in military school entrance coaching.
- Candidates who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Residential Faculty – Preferred:
Candidates willing to stay on campus will be given priority. Accommodation and meals may be provided as per institutional norms.
This job can be searched as an English Faculty who has the experience of teaching in coaching institutes or have prepared students for competitive exams like SSC, Banking, Defence and Railways.
