Job Summary
The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing HVAC projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor HVAC projects as per approved schedules and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Monitor project progress, manpower, material requirements, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to support project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to minimize delays and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–6 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate multiple project activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday
- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (or as per project site requirements)

Salary
As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
