About the Role
The Senior Cluster Manager – Office Interiors is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of multiple commercial interior fit-out projects across a defined cluster. The role focuses on site delivery, execution control, contractor management, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. This is a high-ownership role requiring strong on-ground leadership and problem-solving capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple office interior fit-out projects across the assigned cluster
- Take full ownership of site delivery from mobilization to final handover
- Prepare detailed project execution plans, micro schedules, and milestone trackers
- Drive daily and weekly execution targets to ensure adherence to timelines
- Monitor site progress closely and take corrective actions to avoid delays
- Ensure all milestones are achieved as per committed project schedules
- Coordinate with design, MEP, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources
- Review IFC drawings and resolve site-level execution challenges promptly
- Manage and lead on-ground teams including Project Managers, Site Engineers, Supervisors, and contractors
- Ensure optimal manpower planning, allocation, and productivity across all projects
- Supervise execution of civil works, MEP services, finishing works, and final installations
- Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, BOQs, and quality benchmarks
- Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs), site trackers, and execution dashboards
- Conduct regular site visits and execution review meetings with internal teams
- Identify execution risks, delays, and bottlenecks; implement immediate corrective measures
- Ensure zero tolerance for timeline slippages and quality deviations
- Manage contractors and vendors on-site to ensure scope, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Verify site measurements and certify contractor/vendor bills based on actual work progress
- Ensure timely material planning, site availability, and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with procurement to avoid material shortages or delays
- Drive strong quality control through inspections, snag identification, and closure tracking
- Ensure all snag lists and punch points are cleared before project handover
- Enforce strict safety protocols across all sites in line with statutory and company standards
- Conduct safety audits and ensure adherence to PPE and safe work practices
- Lead final project handover including inspections, documentation, and client sign-offs
- Ensure smooth project closure with no pending execution or quality issues
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- 8–12 years of experience in commercial office interiors / fit-out project execution
- Proven experience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of drawings, BOQs, project scheduling, and execution workflows
- Hands-on experience in site management, contractor handling, and execution planning
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight timelines
