EXPERIENCE: 0 TO 2 YEARS
AGE: 27 TO 35
- Support daily HR and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documents.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as candidate calling, interview scheduling, and follow-up.
- Support joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and permission records.
- Assist in payroll data preparation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain files.
- Support employee communication and coordination.
- Assist in training record maintenance.
- Handle basic office administration activities.
Basic Knowledge Required:
- Basic understanding of HR processes.
- Basic knowledge of Attendance and Payroll activities.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain employee records and confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn HR processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
