Upgrade Your Skills (UYS) is a professional English Communication & Soft Skills training institute dedicated to helping students, working professionals, and job seekers improve their communication skills and achieve career success.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct offline Spoken English and Soft Skills training sessions.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and spoken English.
- Help students improve communication, public speaking, interview, and presentation skills.
- Conduct classroom activities, role plays, and group discussions.
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans and classroom materials.
- Maintain attendance and student performance records.
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom management and presentation skills.
- Good command of English grammar and pronunciation.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (English preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of teaching or training experience.
- Experience in Spoken English, Communication Skills, or Soft Skills training preferred.
- IELTS knowledge will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
