Job Title: Hostel Warden
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hostel activities and operations.
- Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students in the hostel.
- Monitor student attendance, study hours, meal timings, and daily routine.
- Handle hostel staff and coordinate with school administration.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Address student concerns, behavioral issues, and emergencies responsibly.
- Communicate with parents regarding student welfare when required.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hostel premises.
- Ensure implementation of hostel rules and regulations.
- Prepare reports related to hostel management and student records.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Responsible, disciplined, and student-friendly attitude.
- Experience in hostel/school administration preferred.
- Residential availability preferred.
Working Location: Residential School Hostel
Duty Type: Full-Time / Residential
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
