Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell our engineering and electrical manufacturing products. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure segments
- Generate enquiries through market visits, cold calls, and references
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/engineering team for proposals
- Prepare quotations, follow up on offers, and close sales orders
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
- Conduct site visits and client meetings as required
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- Maintain sales records, reports, and CRM data
- Coordinate with accounts and dispatch team for order execution and payment follow-up
- Represent the company in exhibitions, meetings, and business events (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience in sales (engineering / electrical / manufacturing industry preferred)
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of electrical panels, control systems, or industrial products (preferred)
- Ability to read basic technical drawings or specifications (added advantage)
- Proficient in MS Excel, Email, and basic computer operations
- Willingness to travel for client meetings
