About the Role:
We are looking for a high-energy, Customer Service Executive to join the House of Zelena team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and supporting sales activities. The role involves handling customer interactions through calls, emails, or chats while also identifying sales opportunities, following up with leads, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should possess strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, and basic sales skills, along with the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers
- Follow up with leads and interested customers
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services
- Maintain customer records in CRM systems
- Achieve monthly customer service and sales targets
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for issue resolution
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Preferred Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 1- 2 year expereince in Customer handling
- Problem-solving ability
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Active listening and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage pressure and meet targets
- Knowledge of CRM/customer support tools
- MS Office and basic computer knowledge
- Fluent in English and regional languages

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
